The supplier proposes on www.isaacreina.com leather goods for sale and runs his own e-business activity solely towards end users, who are themselves final consumers. This policy is a service dedicated to individuals who are personal buyers not to be mixed with business-oriented retail activity.

According to the policy herein described, the supplier has the right not to process an order from anyone who is not a "final consumer" or to refuse any order not conforming to our commercial policy.

These terms and conditions govern exclusively the offer, the transfer and the agreement on orders of items from www.isaacreina.com between users of www.isaacreina.com and the supplier.

  1. How to enter into a contract with the supplier

To enter a contract for one or more items from www.isaacreina.com, you have to fill in the electronic order form and send it to the supplier in order to process the order which is finalized when payment is accepted by your bank.

To validate the order, you need to accept the herein terms and conditions and make sure to carefully look at the description of each item ordered (material, size, shape) as well as their price including mailing and delivery costs, if any, and any local tax in the buyer's delivery zone. By this article, Isaac Reina SAS warns the user that items bought can be subjected to a customs fee. Isaac Reina SAS cannot be responsible for additional delivery fees. Please check terms and time delivery of the products and conditions for your right to withdraw from purchase as well as terms and time period for returning purchased items.

3.1

The contract is concluded when the supplier verifies the order after the client's payment has been accepted.

3.2

The order form will be archived while the order is being processed and delivered, in accordance with legally allotted time periods. You can check your order form by logging onto the page "my account".

3.3

Before sending the form, you will be asked to check and eventually modify your information.

3.4

The order form must be sent to the supplier in either French or English.

3.5

Once the contract is concluded, the supplier will process your order.

3.6

In case the items presented on www.isaacreina.com are not available when you send your order in, the supplier has the obligation to inform you on the unavailability of the items as soon as possible. In case of an order form transfer and change in the price, the supplier will reimburse you within thirty days (30) after you paid.

3.7

By sending your order form to the supplier, you agree to respect without any condition the herein terms and conditions. If you disagree with certain terms in these terms and conditions, we suggest not to send the order and not to buy on  www.isaacreina.com.

3.8

By sending your order form, you confirm and accept the terms and conditions of use and other eventual information from www.isaacreina.com.

Once your order is sent, the supplier will send a confirmation of the order with the information from the form (terms and conditions, items description, price details, payment, right to withdraw, delivery schedule and fee).

4.1

On www.isaacreina.com, we only sell items from the brand Isaac Reina. These items are made in France and in Spain.

4.2

The supplier does not sell second-hand items, nor defective items or those produced beneath normal market standards or under the supplier's own manufacturing standards.

4.3

The main features of each items are listed on www.isaacreina.com in separate descriptions. The images and colors of the items on www.isaacreina.com might not correspond to the real colors depending on the web navigator and the screen you are using. We try our very best to show colors as close as possible to reality.

4.4

The prices of the items might be updated. Please check the final total before sending your order form.

4.5

The orders to be delivered in countries that are not in the list won't be accepted by the supplier. If this is your case, please contact us at: contact@isaacreina.com 

4.6

All items have an identification label attached by a one-use seal. In case the item does not satisfy you and you wish to return it, it is important that you do not remove the label and the seal.

4.7

In case you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, the supplier might refuse returned items if the label has been removed or if the item has been altered in any aspect.

5.1

To pay the item's price and the mailing and delivering fee, if any, please follow the instructions given in the order form.

5.2

If you pay with a credit/debit card, financial information (such as card number or expiration date) will be transferred by cryptographic protocol to our payment’s providers. No third party will access this information. This information will be used by the supplier only to complete your order or to refund you in case of withdrawal, and also to prevent and report to the authorities eventual frauds on www.isaacreina.com. As mentioned in the order form, the amount of the sale and the mailing and delivery fee, if any, will be debited from your account when you validate the order.

Express delivery: estimated delivery within 1 to 7 business days, according to shipping zone. Different carriers are used. You will get an e-mail with a track number for your package as soon as it leaves our office.

Every order is processed with great care. If you want to change your order, let us know as quickly as possible. If your order's status is "sent" in your personal space "my account", we cannot change it anymore.

7.3 Information on VAT

VAT is included in the total amount for your order when you order in the European Union.

7.4 Tax refund

Tax refund is available on demand for residents outside the European Union. However, in order to qualify for the tax refund, you must reside outside of the European Union and be in France for less than six months, as specified by French law. For non-residents of the European Union, the prices on the website are quoted without the French VAT (20%).

  1. Right of withdrawal

8.1

You have the right to break the contract with the supplier, without any penalty nor specifying the reason, within fourteen days (14) after you received the items purchased on www.isaacreina.com. It is also possible to change the item for another one, however the fee to return the purchased item, the difference of price with the new item and its delivery will be charged to you. All discounted items sales are finals. No refunds/exchanges will be offered for these products.

8.2

In order to use your right of withdrawal, we suggest that you ask the supplier for a return slip at contact@isaacreina.com

8.3

In this case, you must return the items to the supplier within fourteen days (14) after the day you received the items and use a carrier of your choice. You will pay for the return fee.

8.4

You will personally pay for the fee to return the purchased items. There are no circumstances under which the amount to be refunded would be deducted. The damage or loss of the items during the return shipping is under your responsibility. This means you need to insure the goods to their commercial value with the carrier, as we do to ship any item to a client.

8.5

In case of withdrawal, not only the time and procedures described in the articles 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 have to be respected, but furthermore the return of purchased items is only considered successful if completed as follows:

  1. The return form is properly filled and sent to the supplier;

  2. The item must not have been worn, nor used, nor changed, washed or damaged;

  3. The brand label must still be attached to the item along with the one-use seal;

  4. Items must be returned entirely intact and in their original wrapping;

  5. Items must be returned to the supplier all in one shipping.

  6. The items must be returned to the supplier within fourteen days after the day you received them, using the carrier of your choice.

8.6

In case of withdrawal, if all the conditions enumerated in article 8 are met then the supplier will make sure to refund the client according to the procedure described in article 9 below, within a maximum of thirty days (30) after the supplier receives the item.

According to article 9, the amount will be refunded within thirty (30) days from the exercise of your right of withdrawal, subject to the proper enforcement of terms and conditions set forth above.

8.8

In case the terms and conditions enumerated in article 8 are not met while using your right of withdrawal, you would not qualify for a refund of the amount paid to the supplier and the fee for shipping back the items would be for you to pay. However, you could, if you were to ask for it, get the items in the state you returned them to the supplier sent to you again at an additional charge.

Once the supplier receives the items, he checks on whether the conditions of withdrawal as explained in article 8 have been met. If the conditions are met, the supplier will send you an email to confirm he accepts your returned items.

9.2 

In case the person named in the order form is not the one who paid for the items and in the occurrence of withdrawal, the amount will be refunded to the person who paid as explained in the article 8.6.

The herein terms and conditions of use have been established according to French law. Any dispute upon these terms and conditions between the supplier and a client will be settled under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
